The grumpy  newspaper sits on the table. He speaks in a old fashioned mumbly way. as the other stationary talk to him, he just stares wistfully into space. " He's got no sense of humour " They  sigh .

The posh cupboard stands by the wall. She is a quite quiet and artistic kind. All day long she looks at the paintings and sighs " I wish

Did you know that there are approximately 33 breeds  of cats in the world.  My favorite breed is the Turkish van. Did you know that Turkish vans love swimming? The breed Siamese were so expensive that only the very rich owned them!!!!

The Chinese Zodiac Animals

The Chinese zodiac calendar has 12 animals Tiger, Dragon , Snake , Pig , Horse, Goat, Ox, Rat, Rooster Monkey, Dog and the Rabbit. I am a ram ,Seth is a monkey John is a rooster, MS.Whitwell is a pig  and the Queen is a  fire tiger .

Cluster swimming

On Wednesday  I went to the cluster swimming . There were 3 other schools; Okoia , Kaitoke and Upokongaro . I competed in the 2 lengths backstroke , breathstroke , freestyle and I did the medley which is one length backstroke,  breathstroke and freestyle . I came third in the backstroke even when I went diagonal,  my mum said that I would of come first  if I hadn't done that !

My cats!!!!!!

My cat is half mad so she runs away at the slightest movement ! Her name is Possum and she is a tortoise shell.




She  was  called Glorious  but I  changed it because she was not glorious!!!! Her birthday is on the 10th of February the same as my granny !!! I really love the feel of cats but she didn't like being patted . She wasn't friendly enough so I got a new kitten, his name is  Baxter after my first cat Boxter. I have had 5 cats Boxter, Shakespeare, Wokey [   I wanted to call him Chewbacca because I was into Star Wars at the time!],Possum and Baxter. The first three cats died but I still have the other two !! We used to have 2 family cats but one died [ her name was Pong short for Ponga with means black] and the other cat ran away for a while because my great aunties dog scared her away, her name is Haggis and she is 17!!

Our tea party

On the last day of school room two had a tea party.it was called the mad hatters tea party because Ms. Whitwell had been reading Alice in wonderland. Arfter the party we watched the movie, Alice in Wonderland, it was a cool day and a awesome holiday!!!!!!!!
